I have loved clothes ever since I was a child and was always organising people's wardrobes even at a very young age. After training hard and working as a professional dancer my career was cut short by illness which took 14 years out of my life. During my recovery I knew I wanted to work in a way that would help people feel better about themselves and so was delighted to find a new career as a qualified colour and image consultant.
Being unwell myself made me realise how quickly you can lose your confidence and what a difference feeling good on the outside can make to how you feel on the inside. As a colour consultant I have a strong desire to help people look their best, I am a good listener and enjoy showing my clients that colour is nothing to be intimidated by. It's not about what's in fashion, it's about what suits you and bringing out your most positive points.
Alongside this I also own an online accessories boutique called Pretty & Witty and enjoy both jobs very much.
For the colour consultations I work in a small studio in Mansfield which is very peaceful and a lovely place to be.
