My name is Helen and I am an independent image consultant working in Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

When you look good, you feel good and when you feel good it gives you the confidence to achieve more in other areas of your life. I like to take a holistic view to image consulting and my goal is to help women of all ages and sizes to see themselves in a positive way. Society nowadays puts so much pressure on women to conform to a certain look and this can make women feel very critical of themselves. I find it very rewarding to see women grow in confidence and find their true potential.
For the colour and style sessions I have a small studio which is relaxing, tranquil and private and is a lovely space to take some time out of your busy life and focus on yourself.
If you would like to meet for an informal chat with no obligation to go further I am very happy to do that. I place great importance on taking time to understand what it is you would like to achieve and then work towards that by taking into account your lifestyle, budget, style and personality. Although I am based in Mansfield, I cover Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands area and I’m more than happy to travel further, subject to additional travel costs.
